Monarch Training Institute is an ideal facility for any seminar, training, celebration or medium-sized event. With the capacity to handle groups as large as 200 or as small as 10, the facility offers state-of-the-art technology such as videoconferencing, projection systems, and webcasting. Wi-Fi is available throughout the center at no additional cost.
On-site event planners and technology support staff help to ensure that every event runs smoothly and participants have a positive, professional development experience in an attractive and affordable setting. The Institute works closely with several local catering establishments who are happy to meet your luncheon and dinner needs. Continental breakfasts and breaks can be provided by the on-site staff.

Event Planning Information
Facility Rental Policies, information about our policy/procedures, rental cost and hours of operation have been established. Please take a moment to review them before booking a room at the Institute.

To familiarize yourself with the variety of rooms available for rental at the Institute, please read this document:
Room Rental Specs
In order to book a room, please download the Room Rental Application Form. Complete this form, and mail or fax it to the Institute. Please be sure to include any additional equipment or services your event may need on the application.

The Events Department Staff will then review your application. If we have any questions, we will contact the person indicated on the Application. If not, the Institute will send you a confirmation sheet for your event, which will list the dates, times, room(s), and any additional equipment or services with cost projections. The confirmation will also include the deposit required for room rental.
Your rental will be confirmed ONLY after the Institute has received a signed copy of the confirmation sheet and the room rental deposit. The Institute reserves the right to cancel or change your rental reservation if we have not received a signed confirmation sheet and rental deposit 30 days prior to the date(s) of the proposed rental.
By signing the confirmation sheet, you and your organization/group have agreed to abide by the policies and code of conduct set forth in the Room Rental Policies, Code of Conduct, and Alcohol Policy.
Code of Conduct
For events booked in the Red Chimney Hall, an Events Staff member will contact you to schedule a walk-through of the space three to ten days prior to the event. Any additional advance preparation or changes to set-up agreed to in confirmation sheet may result in additional rental fees.
An invoice will be mailed to you within a week after your event. The invoice will list all charges and fees, show the deposit paid, and show the balance due to The Institute.
